At a tender age, I've been encompassed with real estate. My father worked as CFO in the largest real estate developer in China, so I spent most of my childhood playing near the job-sites. I started to get involved in real estate when I was in college in New Zealand. I rented a seven units flat and subleased six units to students and visitors. I am not only getting extra money to support my livings but also gaining tremendous experiences in property management.
In 2007, I came to Cary, North Carolina for my MBA degrees, but my real estate dream never ended. I went to the real estate school during my summer school break and got my real estate license in 2009 and started as a full time real estate broker at ZipRealty after I graduated. I got my first two transactions done in spring 2010 and received 5 star reviews for both transactions. In 2012 , I started to work on my own, and today I have served over hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors in the triangle area. I’ve acquired valuable experiences and knowledge in buying, selling, and property management. I’m passionate about real estate investment and remodeling. I believe that good agents are honest with their clients even if it puts their work in precariousness. I am excited to share a lot of my knowledge and resources to my clients. My work ethic is to put your interest first and always be honest with you!
